Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, we typically process it within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, and we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to allow additional time for transit and delivery during these periods.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Ground: A reliable and cost-effective method, ideal for deliveries within the contiguous United States. Delivery times vary based on destination but generally range from 1-5 business days after shipment.
- 2-Day Express: This service guarantees delivery within 2 business days after the order has shipped. For example, if your order ships on a Tuesday, it will arrive by Thursday.
- Standard Overnight: Orders shipped using this service will arrive the next business day, typically by 4:30 PM to business addresses and by 8:00 PM to residential addresses. An order shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Friday, while an order shipped on Friday will generally arrive the following Monday.
- Priority Overnight:This is the fastest option, offering next business day delivery by 10:30 AM to most U.S. addresses. Similar to Standard Overnight, an order shipped on Thursday would be delivered on Friday, while a Friday shipment would typically arrive on Monday.
The shipping rates are calculated based on real-time quotes from our carriers, taking into account the package weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. Shipping options and prices will be displayed during checkout once you've entered your shipping address. Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and picked up by our carriers, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the USA and Canada. Please note that all our electric products come with a US power plug. Customers outside the United States should consider this when placing an order.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $300
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $300 for most locations within the USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, CNMI, Guam, and Puerto Rico). Customers in these excluded regions will be responsible for their own shipping costs.
